“We brought our two daughters, Katie (8) and Caroline (6) to Washington, DC for the Fourth of July Q Leading Experience available to us through our membership in Quintess, LRW. The entire weekend of activities was phenomenal. The Hay-Adams hotel is beautiful and our accommodations were perfect.

The Monuments by Night tour exceeded our expectations. The monuments are so stunning when lit up. And the tour is fantastic for kids. There were no crowds so we didn’t have to wait in line, it was cooler at night, and there was a basket of goodies to snack on during the ride between monuments. The SUV picked us up at the hotel around sunset and our driver added our special requests to his planned route. During the two-hour tour we drove around DC and to Virginia to see the Iwo Jima Memorial. We got out and walked around where we wanted and could either spend two minutes or twenty, it was completely up to us.

Watching the fireworks from the rooftop and being able to hear them going off over the White House with the Washington Monument in the background was spectacular. They were so colorful and gorgeous.
